Mr. Lenny attempts making his own alcohol! Join me on my misadventures through the perks of this hobby as I provide my own entertainment at the expense of my liver. We will follow through the steps of “hooching” with little more than some fruit juice and bread yeast, to “proper” winemaking with glass carboys and airlocks, and maybe a few more things along the way.
Hopefully all posts should provide everything you need to quickly jump in yourself. I’ll certainly be using these walkthroughs myself, on the off-chance I create something that bears repeating.
